Hotel Pet Policy Agreement

To better serve you and other guests during your stay, we have the following pet guidelines.

1. No pets in elevators
2. Pets are not allowed to loiter in public areas
3. Pets are not allowed in hotel pools
4. Pets are not allowed in restaurant or lounge
5. Pet must be leashed at all times when outside of guest room
6. Pet must be kenneled when guest is not in guest room
7. Pets must be walked in designated pet walking areas
8. Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction of your pet from the premises
9. Pet owner is solely responsible for the behavior of the pet.  Any and all legal and / or medical issues arising from the pet is the sole responsibility of the pet owner. America’s Best Inn Main Gate East will not be held responsible and / or liable for any incident occurring due to guest pet
10. A $50.00 (fifty dollar) plus tax per pet non-refundable put fee is due upon check in
11. All pet owners must provide a major valid credit card in their name to the hotel to be able to check into the facility
12. Any damage done to the guest room will result in additional charges to the guest to cover the cost of replacement and / or repairs to damaged property
13. Any flea infestation treatment required in the guest room will be at the expense of the pet owner

*It is upon the sole discretion of hotel management to allow any pet to stay at America’s Best Inn Main Gate East
