Hotel Pet Policy Agreement
To better serve you and other guests during your stay, we have the following pet guidelines.
- No pets in elevators
- Pets are not allowed to loiter in public areas
- Pets are not allowed in hotel pools
- Pets are not allowed in restaurant or lounge
- Pet must be leashed at all times when outside of guest room
- Pet must be kenneled when guest is not in guest room
- Pets must be walked in designated pet walking areas
- Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction of your pet from the premises
- Pet owner is solely responsible for the behavior of the pet. Any and all legal and / or medical issues arising from the pet is the sole responsibility of the pet owner. America’s Best Inn Main Gate East will not be held responsible and / or liable for any incident occurring due to guest pet
- A $50.00 (fifty dollar) plus tax per pet non-refundable put fee is due upon check in
- All pet owners must provide a major valid credit card in their name to the hotel to be able to check into the facility
- Any damage done to the guest room will result in additional charges to the guest to cover the cost of replacement and / or repairs to damaged property
- Any flea infestation treatment required in the guest room will be at the expense of the pet owner
*It is upon the sole discretion of hotel management to allow any pet to stay at America’s Best Inn Main Gate East
